A floor slab has to be flat, strong enough for what will sit on it, and built so it does not move. Garage floors, pole barn floors, and shop slabs carry vehicles and equipment, so thickness, base, and reinforcement are planned around the actual use.
We pour new garage and outbuilding floors, replace failed ones, and handle general slabs and flatwork for homeowners and appropriate light-commercial properties.
- Garage floors
- Pole barn & shop floors
- Equipment pads
- General flatwork
Slab Work We Do
- Garage floors for new and existing garages, including replacement of cracked or sunken floors.
- Pole barn, post-frame, and shop floors.
- Pads for sheds, equipment, generators, and HVAC units.
- General flatwork that does not fit a neat category.
Planned Around the Use
- We ask what will be on the slab — cars, trucks, a lift, equipment — and set thickness and reinforcement accordingly.
- Base preparation and grading are part of the job, not an add-on.
- Drains, floor slope, and joints are worked out before the pour.
How Projects Get Started
- Tell us about the project: what you want built, where it is, your rough budget, and when you would like it done.
- We talk through scope and budget by phone first, so a site visit is scheduled only when the project is a good fit and the numbers are realistic.
- After the site visit you receive a written proposal with a clear scope, so you know what is included before anything is scheduled.

Common Questions
Do you do concrete resurfacing or floor coatings?
No. We pour new slabs and replace failed ones. We do not offer overlays, resurfacing, or coatings.
Can you pour the floor in a pole barn someone else built?
Yes, as long as there is access for the work. We look at the building and grades during the site visit.
