- We set forms and grades before the pour so you can see the layout and size on the ground.
- Slope runs away from the house. Joints are planned so the finished patio looks intentional.
- Most patio and walk projects take a few days start to finish, plus cure time before heavy use.

- We talk through scope and budget by phone first, so a site visit is scheduled only when the project is a good fit and the numbers are realistic.
- After the site visit you receive a written proposal with a clear scope, so you know what is included before anything is scheduled.
