Plans Come First
- Foundation work is built to approved plans and local requirements. If you do not have drawings yet, we can talk through the project, but we do not prepare a detailed proposal until plans are complete.
How Projects Get Started
- Tell us about the project: what you want built, where it is, your rough budget, and when you would like it done.
- We talk through scope and budget by phone first, so a site visit is scheduled only when the project is a good fit and the numbers are realistic.
- After the site visit you receive a written proposal with a clear scope, so you know what is included before anything is scheduled.

Do you do basement waterproofing?
No. We build new foundations and walls; we do not offer waterproofing services.
Do I need plans for a garage or addition foundation?
Yes. Foundations are built to approved plans. We are happy to talk with you while plans are in progress.
